The talent coming out of the UK has always been incredible. The deeper you dive into the sea of hungry emcees and savvy producers, the more gems you discover. I've always been an admirer of digging for artists or stumbling across something or someone that really catches your attention, as ItsNate and the Slocal collective did a few years ago.
The Slocal collective are incredibly strong, alongside fellow Slocal com-padre CR Blacks, ItsNate has released some of the most forward-thinking rap tracks the U.K. has seen in recent years, and whilst the Grime scene is flourishing, the rap scene over the pond in the United Kingdom is growing rapidly too. This week saw the release of Nate's latest banger "Expensive", which see's the Slocal kingpin mobbin' around empty London streets, having fun and letting loose with splashes of colour illuminating behind him. The airy, chilled beat still has a pop to it, and Nate's flow runs over it with precision, sitting as close to the track as possible.
