New Swears call for a shouty singalong with "Halos In Hell" [Premiere]

Ottawa garage rock quartet New Swears has been kicking ass in the scene since 2012. The loud, cheery and often frenzied punk kids have seen it all, from scattering rats crawling through the beer bottles of their old DIY-venue/home Fun Boy Club House (RIP) to sharing the stage with similarly rowdy acts such as PUP and Black Lips. The band signed to Toronto's Dine Alone Records in late 2016, and this June they're ready to drop their label debut with and the Magic of Horses, due out June 23.

They've already shared the singles "Dance with the Devil" and "777," and today EARMILK has the exclusive premiere of the album's third single, "Halos in Hell". Per usual, New Swears delivers another banging, sunny and catchy single that demands multiple replays. It's an addicting song that encourages shout-alongs with friends at the pub, channeling western vibes by way of Canada. and the Magic of Horses is shaping out to be a rowdy, yet charming album for the summer.
