Stream Justin Caruso's new track "Love Somebody" to benefit the ACLU

Shedding the mold of “bedroom producer” with each beautifully crafted release, Los Angeles native Justin Caruso takes yet another step forward with the sparkling “Love Somebody (feat. Chris Lee).” Out now via 3LAU’s not-for-profit dance music label and philanthropic movement BLUME, the electronic pop jam is Caruso’s second original song after his standout release “Talk About Me,” which amassed over one million streams in a mere week. Fresh off vastly popular official remixes for The Chainsmokers, X Ambassadors, and Ellie Goulding, among others, don’t be surprised if he repeats that feat.

Seamlessly blending blithe folk and blues elements with electronic undertones, the track had Caruso gushing about its background:

"This is one of my favorite songs I've worked on, mostly because it came together so quickly.  Chris and I wrote the lyrics together over FaceTime in about of 3 to 4 hours.  We hadn't talked on the phone until that, but we immediately started to vibe and I knew this song was going to come together the way I wanted. The easy listening and emotional feel is definitely the way I'll be heading in the future.”

All profits from streams and downloads of “Love Somebody” will go toward reaching BLUME's goal of raising $30,000 for the ACLU. That’s right, no exhausting 10K marathon necessary – simply press “play” and do your part.
