Everybody’s favorite neon-masked imaginary friend Slow Magic is back with his first new track following 2014’s How to Run Away in the form of “Mind.” The single features Swedish synthpop duo Kate Boy, marking the first time Slow Magic has featured vocals on a track.
“Mind” is reminiscent of the magical, danceable indie electronic sound the enigmatic producer honed on How to Run Away, but the organic, tropical-at-times live percussion on “Mind” is more to the front than on previous efforts. The effect is extra magical.
Catch him on tour this summer; a few dates are with ODESZA and a few others are with RUFUS DU SOL.
