At the ripe age of 19, Zaia is creating new waves in Atlanta. Sure, ATL is typically known for crowning the trap sound. That being said, there are always pockets of various talent coming out of all cities. Zaia brings us a blend of neo-soul, hip -hop and a slight hint of trap with his new song titled "Slow It Down".

At first listen, I immediately heard influence from Chance. His husky, raw and raspy vocals are reminiscent of the Chicago born rapper, but thats not the only similarity. The gospel like production also reminded of the preach master. Zaia utilizes a sample heavy production which pays homage to the hip hop sound we are so familiar with from the mid '00's. The production rolls like a wave as Zaia's rides his vocals gently over the liquifying sound. The song becomes immediately infectious with harmonious samples and Zaia's warm vocals making it an overall classic banger.
Stay tuned for Zaia's debut EP coming out..sometime this year, bet.
