Just in time for the holiday, 2 Chainz' drops off the velvety accompanying video for his smooth single "It's A Vibe." In an unusual move, the rapper enlisted the help of three r&b heavyweights: Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz, and Jhene Aiko. The combination of Chainz' laidback cool and the singers downtempo crooning, creates a sultry, but chill ambiance. "It's A Vibe" fits easily into both a smoke session or a late night playlist.
"It's A Vibe's" visuals capture the mood of the song and singers concisely. The video is filled with beautiful people, doing cool things (save for the gorgeous hostess awkwardly dancing in Trey Songz' section), while being as sexy as possible at all times. Each of the artists has an ample amount of screentime, but the majority of each scene is somehow filled with attractive women. Luckily, these visuals are right in line with the song. Each verse is oozing with sensuality, like every moment in the video. "It's A Vibe" is straight forward and doesn't attempt to reinvent the wheel, but 2 Chainz and company brought their ideas to life in interesting fashion. Check it out above.
