Beau Young Prince drops new visual for "Peaky" [Premiere]

After seeing much success with his album, Until Then, Beau Young Prince is back again with new visuals to the song "Peaky". This grime inspired track was produced by Bearcubs who BYP started working with back in 2012. After seeing much success in the UK, Bearcubs is ready to collab again and have reunited on this new track.

This video was shot in D.C. by Zak Forrest and has the artist visiting each of his favorite places in his hometown and lets the viewer watch Prince beat his feet on the National Cathedral, or toss a backwood down in Anacostia Park. BYP said he feels free in his city and is finding peace within himself as the song suggests. The point of this video is to try to shed some of the negative energy that is going on in D.C. today. Prince wants the viewers to know that he still sees his town as more than just the trap or Capitol Hill, he sees it as the home to a vibrant culture: Home to Go-Go, to rolled up beanies and cuffed pants, & home to mumbo Sauce!

Feel Prince and his city in “Peaky” above.
