Speakpanther is a new collaborative project from veteran rapper/songwriter SPEAK and experimental indie/hip-hop producer Dream Panther (Greg Sheran), who have worked together on a number of memorable singles in the past. These two LA-based (although SPEAK has recently relocated to Mexico City) underground fixtures have released their debut 8-track Speakpanther EP late last week via Dome of Doom Records, and today have decided to drop a visual for the album standout, "Distill".
Directed by JAH, the hazy visual features the blunted duo riding through Los Angeles on a breezy afternoon, woven with scenes of the pair performing in a smoked out room while donning animal masks (which also happens to be the ideal way to enjoy this album).
