Coming through today with a dandy of a premiere is Florida rapper Eric Biddines, who's blessing us with "Rushing Forever," the lead single off his The Local Cafe LP that's now available on iTunes. It's truly a remarkable track that showcases his home-cooked Floridian slang and a singsongy steez that's akin to Southern counterpart Andre 3000.

"Rushing Forever" is a groovy, head-nodding blapperoosky that will put your dome piece on a swivel from the jump. It's hard not to smile when Biddines marinates the funky production in fried-green-tomato steelo and feel-good vibes as the rapper serenades his mystery lady with heartfelt bars and a pristine, melodic chorus. However, what's most impressive here might be Eric's positive, refreshing presence on the mic — the opposite of run-of-the-mill, cookie cutter spitters from the Dirty Dirty.
Give "Rushing Forever" and the rest of The Local Cafe a spin and be on the looky for more fuego from Eric Biddines as 2017 unfolds.
