Gavlyn & Blimes Brixton connect for new EP & visual for "Adios" [Video]

The resurgence of the female MC has been prevalent in 2016 with many of the year's most memorable releases of the year coming from members of the fairer sex, including Azaelia Bank's Slay-Z mixtape, NoName's Telefone,  and Kamaiyah's A Good Night In The Ghetto.

Now LA-based rappers Blimes Brixton & Gavlyn are aiming to raise the stakes a bit higher with their upcoming Dodgy EP, a five track rapid-fire affair that going to be released through their very own (female only) label Peach House in collaboration with Bad Taste. The first single off of the project is a heavy cut entitled "Adios", produced by UK producer Walter Ego, and today EARMILK has the exclusive for the visual directed by Kavan The Kid  and Nova Rockafeller:

"We wrapped up a long shoot for another video with directors Kavan the Kid and Nova Rockafeller and ended up drinking at the pad with the homies. We played a few songs from our upcoming EP DODGY, just to see if people could catch the vibe. Nova was feeling super spontaneous and suggested we shoot a video right then and there. We literally let our hair down and embraced the rambunctious tone of the track as our friends partied right out of frame. A few beverages and a dark alley later, and ADIOS surfaced in the form of lost VHS footage."

Watch the rowdy video above and be prepared for more drops off of the Dodgy EP, that is set to be released on October 28th (Pre-order available here).
