DJ Snake and Bipolar Sunshine recreate "Middle" magic on "Future Pt 2"

French producer DJ Snake and UK-based vocalist Bipolar Sunshine struck gold on their first try with "Middle," a low tempo pop track with electronic flourishes that was released in October 2015 and slowly rose to the Billboard Top 20 this year. The duo have recreated that "Middle" magic on a new song, "Future Pt 2", a standout track from DJ Snake's debut album, Encore, out now on Interscope Records.  From its start, "Future Pt 2" is much more menacing than "Middle."  A synth bassline growls around the lower frequencies before Bipolar Sunshine's bright falsetto comes in singing, "My future looks bright in your eyes." Then the vocals are warped into tiny pieces and reshuffled, creating an unpredictable and infectious synth hook that sounds like something from Daft Punk or off Porter Robinson's Worlds LP.  As we've seen on "Middle" and "Lean On", no one creates a vocal synth hook quite like DJ Snake.  Check out "Future Pt 2" below.
