In May 2016, producer, DJ and scratch artist extraordinaire A-Trak teamed up with electronic rock duo Phantogram on "Parallel Lines." The track's release marked A-Trak's continuation on a string of radio-friendly releases, and also marked Phantogram's first feature on a DJ/producer track following their collaboration with Big Boi as Big Grams earlier this year. As the single has taken off as an appropriately uplifting summertime track, so marks the time for a slew of remixes. So far we've seen appearances from Chris Lorenzo and MSTRKRFT on the single, already offering a wide ray of new sound on the original. Today, we have a first-listen to the next iteration of "Parallel Lines," this time, featuring Bart B More on remixing duties.

When I heard A-Trak's original I loved the main theme of the song, so I wanted to stay true to that and use it as the foundation for my remix, but then put some really dirty bass sounds on the drop. I think this remix has a little something for everybody.

Dutch producer and DJ Bart B More has stood out to us in his creativity since we started paying close attention to his releases after his 2011 remix of Sneaky Sound System's "We Love." Since then, we've seen genre-bending acrobatics moving from electro to techno, and today he's brought out the high energy acid to put a gritty new electro look onto "Parallel Lines." Infused with old school midi-inspired synths and contemporary electro soul groove, "Parallel Lines" is ready for the party. This one's out soon via Fool's Gold Records, of course.
