Cobi, born in Minnesota, is a singer/songwriter on the rise. His single “Don’t You Cry For Me,” is currently gaining in popularity. When asked about his inspiration for the tune, he says “it started with a feeling that I could fall to my knees and cry with regret of the mistakes made in the past, and the redemption that comes from grieving all that’s been lost.” Some of his greatest musical influences include Prince and Bob Dylan because they both created “meaningful music with strong messages that crossed generations and were able to sustain long careers while staying true to their artistry.”
Cobi is currently touring with Above and Beyond and he’s had a great experience. “They have a very strong work ethic. The band and crew all do an amazing job and are continuously brainstorming on how to make the show a better experience for the audience. It's rare to see a band have such a strong bond with their fans. It's been a pleasure working with them.”
Cobi is currently signed to 300 Entertainment and is very excited to be a part of the label. “They genuinely believe in the music which makes everything we are doing together more meaningful.
