Pineapple Pop boasts a name that’s just as bubbly and sweet as your first impressions suggest. After wooing us with his debut RVLTN EP, the Istanbul-based producer is back with a new single called “RJCTD” and a full EP packing some quality remixes. The main mix sees Pineapple Pop working out his UK garage and bass side. All throughout the track is this fat, grimy bassline that comes together with snappy classic house beats, synth chords, and vocal loops for added hype. This is one of those tracks that will have you moving your feet right from start—there’s no denying how serious this groove gets.
Look for “RJCTD” everywhere this summer, but the EP gets released June 6th via house label Sleazy Deep. Along with the original, you get remixes from Xinobi, Hackney Polo Club, and one from Sleazy Deep label head Rob Made.
