Above & Beyond announces details behind 'Acoustic II'

Electronic music production and DJ trio Above & Beyond have been pioneers in music since the group formed in 2000. They've led dance music in innovation, creating their Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep empires along the way. In 2013, the group's trajectory took a new and exciting turn when they launched their Acoustic album, following two very successful acoustic shows in Los Angeles and London. Acoustic featured stripped down live performances of some of their greatest hits, and live, saw 30-piece orchestras participate and even welcomed the likes of Skrillex for cameos on bass. With the success of that foray, the guys decided to expand the project and announced a full blown acoustic tour heading throughout North America this spring and summer. Featuring some of their most beloved vocalists including Zoe Johnston, the tour kicks off this week. With that, Above & Beyond have given us a little bit of insight around the release of Acoustic II. 

Acoustic II will follow the lead of its predecessor, featuring acoustic arrangements of 13 of Above & Beyond's greatest hits, including some like "Peace Of Mind" that have been released as dance tracks since the first acoustic release. The album will be released on June 3rd, 2016 via Anjunabeats/Ultra Music. Ahead of the full LP, three tracks – "Hello," "We Are All We Need," and "Another Chance" – are all available to stream via Spotify and as instant downloads via iTunes.
