This track has been a dance floor burning, house shaking performer since its debut at this year's Winter Music Conference in Miami. A collaboration between record label heads and house music veterans in their own right – Robbie Rivera and Tom Staar – the two producers and DJs came together to return to Axtone Records for their latest, "The Funkatron."
With both artists unique style at play – Rivera's house and tribal, and Staar's funky avant garde take on electro house – "The Funkatron" is memorable with its impressive energy through flying, hovering and pointed acidic synths. The track is out today via Beatport and streaming on mutiple platforms.
