Win & Woo have built a steady fan base out in Chicago, which is why we are so lucky to have them play at RESCAPE THE CITY in Chi-town this week. On Friday night Nick Winholt & Austin Woo will be performing their pop inspired blend of heavy melodies & driving basslines for attendees and fans alike.

In preparation of the upcoming festivities, we have Win & Woo's latest release "Underneath" to share with you today. The pair link up with Los Angeles-based vocalist Brandyn Burnette for an emotionally charged ballot, that's soulfully sweet and meshes perfectly with Win & Woo's downtempo electronic melodies. The track comes ahead of Burnette's forthcoming sophomore EP, State I'm In.

Brandyn remarks, "Win & Woo played a DJ set in LA and we decided to link up before the show. I played them an idea I was working on for my sophomore EP, State I'm In, and it was one of those spur of the moment decisions for us to collaborate. They were feeling the piano chords in the song, so I let them take the stems back to Chicago and in a few days they sent me their version. The original is a lot more stripped and builds organically, so they brought a nice current feel to it. I really love their clean and soulful sound, so it really just was a cohesive meeting of minds."

We hope to see our Chicago fans out this week, be sure to enter out VIP Giveaway as well if you haven't already!
