UK singer Becky Hill's collaborations with groups like Rudimental and producer Oliver Heldens have helped her top the charts in the past, but her most recent single proves that she's doing pretty well on her own as well.
"Back To My Love" has got that formulaic R&B and pop thing down pretty well, and the final product is incredibly satisfying. Hill's smooth, passionate vocals, which you may be familiar with after listening to songs like Wilkinson's "Afterglow" is contained yet feeling in "Back To My Love", probably due to the fact that her vocals are set against a deceivingly calm beat. Little Simz's verse adds that final touch to "Back To My Love" to make it an overall well-rounded and relevant track in light of current pop trends this year. Which, as Becky Hill proves with this single, isn't bad by any stretch.
