American production duo Disco Fries have made a career out of making dance music since Danny Boselovic and Nick Ditri hit it off as freshman year roommates at Berklee College Of Music. Throughout their time together they've built a brand on energy and melody, creating tracks that have a depth and versatility to them that they can be hits at any main stage as well as enjoyed on the radio or in headphones. They've had successes collaborating with artists like Tiesto, Morgan Page and others, creating everything from chord-focused melodies to edgy electro. And this week they've officially unveiled their next collaboration with international hip hop hype man Fatman Scoop on their first single released on Nicky Romero's Protocol Recordings.
Adding to the slew of singles that Disco Fries have named things like "Louder" and "Earthquake," "Volume" takes on progressive and electro house in a multifacteted four minutes. With punchy melody as the main focus and energy builder, "Volume" drops into gritty, agile electro backed by a very supportive groove.
