Not sure if you caught wind of the headlining news for Made In America this year but 2 of the hottest acts to walk the planet right now will be performing at this years 2015 “BUDWEISER MADE IN AMERICA” FESTIVAL. Beyonce and The Weekend are set to take the stage, over the 2-day festival taking place Labor Day Weekend. The concert will return back to its home grounds on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, PA for their fourth season.
Beyonce and The Weeknd will be joined by a killer lineup including the likes of Axwell^Ingrosso, J. Cole, Bassnectar, Modest Mouse, Death Cab For Cutie, Banks, Meek Mill, Big Sean, A-Trak, Duke Dumont, Santigold, Nick Jonas, Metric, De La Soul, G-Eazy, Future, GTA, Claude VonStroke, Action Bronson, DJ Mustard, Earl Sweatshirt, Fabolous, Vic Mensa, Jacob Plant, Gryffn, Halsey, Saint Motel, Young Rising Sons and Grits & Biscuits. Did we mention enough names yet?
The JAY Z curated two-day music festival is not only a music festival, but also a show for a good cause. MIA will benefit United Ways in Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and Lancaster County, PA. The main goal of the producers is to have a positive impact on the communities involved. As a result of Made In America, the money invested into these communities will positively impact the education, income and health of the most vulnerable and most needy citizens in these regions. Last year resulted in over $300,000 being invested into education and helping students succeed and graduate.
