The way Dutch producers are associated with electro and Scandanavian artists with chill house, so are Italians associated with disco and house. Antonio Giacca is one of those artists, frequently partnering with labels like Cr2 Records, One Love and as on his latest, Pinkstar Records on house tracks that straddle the line between old school house and the new wave of future house.
His latest, a rework of an actual disco classic, Candi Stanton's "You Got The Love," he's aired on the side of the more futuristic since the track has seen so many updates over the years.
With energy that's right on trend, Giacca surrounds Stanton's vocals with punchy piano chords, all while maintaining the appeal of the original. Out August 10th, you can stream the track below until then.
