Jauz and Ephwurd "Rock the Party" with new single and video

LA's Jauz has been labeled a leader the next generation of electro. This week, he's teamed up with Spinnin' Records and Ephwurd on "Rock The Party," helping to further that assertion.

And Ephwurd is no newcomer to the dance music scene: the mysterious artist was revealed to be dubstep industry leader Datsik and Bais Haus, working together under the new moniker.

Of course, the record delivers on what its title promises, covering the iconic MC Lyte sample that others like Moby have also repurposed. But this time, the 808-fueled train of a track has womping, organically flowing bass. And along with the single's release, they've teamed up on what feels like a Saturday morning cartoon-inspired music video.
