Cologne-based producer ROOSEVELT seamlessly transforms Sundara Karma's pop-infused brand of indie rock into breezy, beat-heavy summer listening on his new remix of the British band's "Flame."
Where the original song sounds like Kings of Leon with an added synth, Roosevelt's remix resembles tracks by Poolside or those blissed out early RAC remixes that were impossible not to like. (Yeah, I'm talking about you, "Blue Jeans."). The vibe brings you somewhere brighter, better and more beautiful. A pool? A beach? A tropical island? Somewhere even better? Anything seems possible when listening to this remix. It also doesn't hurt that the original track's vocal and guitar stems are insanely catchy.
Do yourself a favor and brighten up your summer by giving the new remix a listen below.
