Recently, Guillermo Scott Herren found his Prefuse 73 moniker a new label to call home, making the switch to Temporary Residence Ltd. after long being a staple of the Warp roster. This seems to have given him enough creative energy to kill a small horse, as he's already come through with three EPs and an album in 2015. Collectively, they explore a new chapter in Herren's ever-evolving glitch-hop mastery. Every Color of Darkness, the latest EP of the series, dropped a few days ago, and you can stream two tracks, "Prime Meridian Narcissism" and "Search the Sky," below.
Herren also runs his own label, Yellow Year, dedicated to collaborations and other artists' work. Lately he's been hinting at collaborations with Lee Bannon, Machinedrum, Nick Hook, and many more, so don't expect him to slow down any time soon.
