We'd like to welcome a new artist to our pages, a UK producer by the name of Harry Judda who has teamed up with one the biggest labels on their most recent compilation. That imprint would be the San Francisco-based Dirtybird and the 4-track release, If You Find Yourself In A Large Room Vol. 1. Featuring the talents of Ghengis Clan, Will Clarke, Kill Frenzy, Chris Avantgarde, and, of course, Harry Judda, the EP spans a variety of house-scapes from bouncy to tech and into the deep. In fact, Judda's contribution to the compilation, "Skull It", definitely takes the cake for the most ominous, brooding work on the release. Sliding toward the techno end of the spectrum, the track boasts strong industrial vibes and a blaring horn effect that portends impending doom.
A strong entry from Harry Judda on a label that always exceeds expectations, so look for If You Find Yourself In A Large Room Vol. 1 next Monday, June 15th.
