Kins are back with EP announcement and new single "Young" [Premiere]

This is something you should be really excited about. London-based Kins, after having spent the majority of 2014 touring around the US (i.e. alongside Courtney Barnett and with performances at both Bonnaroo and SXSW, among other festivals), are ready to unveil their first offering of 2015: an EP entitled Cyclical.

The EP (out July 6/15 via East City Records) spans 4 tracks in length, sporting both lush and emotion-heavy bewilderment, fantasy, and despair. This evident tonal shift for the fourpiece can be heard quite well on "Young", our first taste of the EP. It's melodic yet wondrous, spacious yet tranquil, featuring frontman Thomas Savage's incredibly recognizable vocals.

All achieved in just over 3 minutes, "Young" acts as an extremely promising introduction of what will surface in the coming months.

If you're in the UK this July, check the band out on July 6/15 at Green Door Store in Brighton or at Servants Jazz Quarters in London on July 7/15.
