Nothing like those hip-hop classics to have you reminiscing of the music scene of yesteryear. Heading back to 2001 when Fat Joe and Ashanti ruled the airwaves with their hit single "What's Luv", well Australian native Sterling Silver has taken the single and resurrected it for the modern dancefloor, not that the original wouldn't get you bouncing and singing along to this day, but a house remix is quite nice as well. Oh and remember when Fat Joe took his shirt off in all his glory at MTV's Spring Break while performing the song, well I do.
While prepping for his next original release this coming July, the Aussie, is beginning to remix some of his favorite classic tunes. The producer admits, "Growing up in the early 2000s I always loved this tune. I suppose I just wanted to make a statement to my audience with this release: It’s about “us” and it’s about “trust.” Go ahead and hop back in the time machine and give it a spin below.
