We've been watching Miami-based producer Henrix churn out high quality club tracks for years, with his latest releases striking a chord with listeners via Cr2 Records. He launched 2015 with the label releasing "The Underground" that featured booming big room tribal beats and electro synths along with the vocals of Celeda. Since then, the track has gotten some attention from his peers: fellow Miami resident Digital Lab and LA's David Tort. Both producers have been on the dance scene since before its big mainstream blow up, and have recently reemerged with a slew of releases on the big labels on the industry. This time they'll release their remix of "The Underground" on Monday, May 11th.
The track still has the iconic and classic vocal from Celeda as its centerpiece, but this time is surrounded by some anthemic progressive synths and a breakdown after each drop that can be described as disco on acid. Check it out below.
"The Celeda vocals are a classic house track and it was tough trying to re-do it as you don't want to mess up a classic. So I'm happy everyone liked what I did with it and how the remixes came out. The support has been amazing and I couldn't be happier."
