I don't know if I'm ready for winter to be over. I love the music that comes from the cold months. It's dark and gritty, and full of original attitude. One of these winter wonders is Fran-P, who's prepping for the release of his debut album Pancho via AR Classic Records.
It's been a minute since I posted a video, so this one makes me excited to get back to the visual analysis. It's straightforward, verse to verse, as Fran stares coldly into the camera. "Jack Frost" is a lyrical joint, not begging for the catchy hook or the poppy nature. He tells us what it really is, an expression of his thought.
In terms of Boston, I have covered the group STL GLD and Moe Pope, who I have been told will 100% be on Fran's new project. This drop is the first video/single (produced by Bars Productions). You might remember the tables were turned way back when Fran-P was featured on the STL GLD album, and though they haven't announced the track-listing yet, I can share some real hype for a cast of seriously talented acts from the Boston area.
Take a watch of "Jack Frost" below, and stay cold.
