The British rap scene has been on a steep rise over the past couple of years, with a lot more people across the globe becoming more accepting of the accent and the style of music some artists make, namely Grime. So with a current wave of artists all clambering to be top dog, today we've been given a new track featuring two of the UK scene's most enigmatic artists, in Wretch 32 and Stormzy.
"Skank Out" is the debut single from faceless UK production duo The Stray Doggz, and like the title suggests, it's designed to shower down the dance. Backed by a bangin' beat that has some incredibly murky basslines interlocking over the top, the two London emcee's go back to back, exchanging bars, showcasing their two water tight flows. Both Wretch and Stormzy come through with some nice wordplay and lyricism too, proving why they deserve to be involved in any talk when it comes to the UK's best rappers.
