Dutch duo Mr. Belt & Wezol have been cranking out house tunes for the better part of the last year, gaining momentum from their remixes and releases on Musical Freedom and Spinnin' Deep. Today they've unveiled their latest work ahead of its release date on Spinnin' Deep on April 6th, following suit as they did in their first hit, a remix of Wildchild's break beat "Renegade Master," in creating a track that pays homage to 1990's house hits. On "Finally," they've aimed to honor the decade defining track of the same name done originally by CeCe Peniston in 1991. But with formulaic future house composition, the remake shows that nothing can live up to the original. With a groovy setup for today's DJ sets, it's easy to miss the power of Peniston's original vocal in place of the synthetic power of bass synths. Check "Finally" out below.
