When one of my trusted friends sends me a track, especially when the friend is an amazingly talented producer himself, you trust his judgment and pay attention, and I'm really glad I did, because he did no wrong with Nicholas L. Perez's "Pretty," a stunning piece we're shocked hasn't just gone viral already.
Perez, who also directed the visuals on top of creating the track, meshes weirdness with stunning vocals that just haunts us out of this world. We'd like to say he's like a FKA Twigs just starting out, but he's definitely got his own style and sound that we're excited to see more of.
