House music chameleon Eric Sharp is no stranger to make dark dripping dream like soundscapes with his eclectic mix of acid house and techno. His ability to transport the listener into his world of macabre melodies glistening with acid washed synth stabs and open faced bass hits is unprecedented. His latest remix of sultry NYC goth pop princess Whitney Fierce’s “The Night Air” is one of his most chilling and well crafted mixes to date. Eerie whispers that will make the hair stand on the small of your back are paired over a bouncy four to the floor drum pattern that will have you writhing about like a tattered flag fluttering in the open air of the night sky. Electric crunchy synth lines reverberate under Whitney’s chilling vocals to give this remix a nice dark, sexy, sultry dreamlike soundscape that is brooding with sensuality. Let Eric transport you into the night air as feel every beat sweep over you.
