5 lads, hailing from Essex in the UK, have just released what can only be described as the love child between The Stone Roses and The Streets. A perfect blend of hip hop and indie, this alternative group, Courts, are coming up via BBC Introducing.
The three brothers and two friends are making self-confessed 'music with a message', and "Part Of" promises to linger long after listening, with a deliciously memorable guitar riff and addictive chorus. After dropping their debut track "Refresh" last year, they were tipped as the ‘new band to watch’ by Tom Robinson of BBC Radio 6; we can definaitely expect even more exciting things to come from them this year.
