If you follow dance music, you know that there has been a huge shift in the overall sound of "big room" music over the past year. And of course, there are learnings we can take from watching this all go down, noticing the interesting things that happen when a musical trend takes over. A perfect example of an unusual phenomenon is to see a dance music veteran like Laidback Luke explore the deepest music that his signature style will lend itself to, or changing that signature trait all together. Someone who breaks this mold though, is German artist Tujamo. His funky, underground electro style has landed him huge hits like "Who" and "Boneless," and is one that totally translates to the current situation in music. This week he has released his remix of LBL's "Rocking with the Best" with Goodgrips via Mixmash Records, proving that the style he used on his two biggest hits is still relative and versatile, not to mention being addictive and upbeat despite it's melancholy execution. Check it out below.
