London duo Suns have garnered plenty of musical experience and accolades in their own respective projects before forming this groups. Suns is composed of Andy McDonnell and Michael Tyrrell, who have previously worked with Mount Kimibie and Crystal Fighters and others. They latest single “We Were Kings’ was released last summer but today EARMILK has the honor of premiering their infectious new single “Temple Boy.” This single will be released on the 23rd of February via their label Taiyo Records and is mastered by the esteemed Mandy Parnell who has worked with the likes of Bjork and Aphex Twin. Emotional vocalist similar to KINDNESS and TR/ST are drenched in pop textures and brooding in Berlin influences. According to Suns, “the song is a prayer to you/myself that invokes the strength to have it all: to manifest a personal existence that is all at once disciplined, successful and ferociously hedonistic.” Worship you at your altar and let Suns be your chorus.
