Ho99o9 is one of the more interesting musical acts to arrive on the scene of recent. By successfully combining elements of thrashcore punk, noise music, and horrorcore rap, the group has honed in a raw experimental sound that is fully realized in their destructive live performances (not for the faint of heart). Today the duo has released a music video in conjunction with MOCAtv, directed by Bryan Ray Turcotte, for two tracks off of their Mutant Freax EP, "Casey Jones/Cum Rag".
The visual begins with the group riding through Los Angeles in a classic old school lowrider, until they arrive to an undisclosed venue and proceed to tear the place apart in true punk rock fashion. This visual showcases the unrestrained energy and versatile of the group as they seamlessly transition from hard-hitting hip-hop verses into a full-blown thrashcore set.
