Sir Sly sounds positive in ShadowLuxx's remix of "You Haunt Me" [Premiere]

This isn't the first time I've shared an edit of Sir Sly's "You Haunt Me", which is kind of funny for me as a blogger. Either both edits coincidentally rock, or the original is just that good. I personally think it's a combination of both.

Today I'm excited to premiere 18 year old producer ShadowLuxx's new cut, and this one is very (in simplest terms" happy. The Philadelphia-based writer/multi-instrumentalist took classical piano lessons from the age of four, and in his early teens he began to develop an affinity for electronic music. In 2014, ShadowLuxx co-wrote and co-produced Afrojack's "Catch Tomorrow" featuring Sting, which was released by Def Jam on Afrojack's Forget the World album. He also released a remix of RAC's "Cheap Sunglasses )" which made it onto the official remix EP. Above all past experience and credibility, the kid's description of his music is phenomenal: "…striving to bring light, emotion, and clarity together with dark, hard, and powerful electronic sounds in a mélange of sensation and imagination… I try to create worlds complete with their own colors, feelings, and memories."

Enjoy this new one from ShadowLuxx, and look for the drop of Sir Sly's You Haunt Me Remix EP on Beatport and iTunes on January 20 via Cherrytree Records.
