DJ Mustard turns up Beyoncé's "7/11"

DJ Mustard continues his reign over the hip hop game with a new remix of none other than Queen Bey.  Beyoncé dropped "7/11" and an accompanying DIY video (recorded on an iPhone) in November with a deluxe version of her self-titled fifth album.  The song marked somewhat of a departure for the pop sensation with her rapping nonsensically over a toned down trap beat. DJ Mustard has gotten around to creating an aggressive remix to the track after helping launch two of R&B's biggest stars (Tinashe and Jeremih) last year.

Mustard's "7/11" remix kicks off with the producer's classic use of a high-tone synth line to build an infectious melody as the base of the track.  Beyoncé's drops in spitting nonsense before Mustard fades her vocals out and chops them up when she says, "Fresher than you."  Then the track takes an un-Mustard-like turn with aggressive drum machine percussions ramping up towards an explosive, wobbly DJ Snake-esque drop. The song repeats this formula once more before closing out around 3 minutes.   The result is the perfect jam to turn up the club.
