I'm all about getting a little soulful, and this track is totally vibing with my mood today. Alxndr London is a name that doesn't ring a bell at all, and his soundcloud only shows one song. However, that itself might just be enough to get me interested as this track is sensual, catchy, elegant, and a great overall track to jam to on this slightly slow Tuesday.
iD, the magazine that premiered the song, calls him "Bilal and Musiq Soulchild crossed with Jamie xx and James Blake," and I honestly couldn't argue with them one bit. Mixing his soul-influenced vocals with stunning production, the piece is definitely enough to catch ears, and we can't wait to see what else he brings this year.
