New track by former Company Of Thieves front woman and LA based vocalist Genevieve is a triumphant blast to the face of vocal layers and pure energy and is worth a mirror dance. "Colors" makes you want to sing your heart out into a hairbrush and burst with girl power. It's a good one to start the day to and as you listen it almost feels as though you're the protagonist in a teen movie of another era, probably set in a small suburban town filled with quirky characters. You're in the final scene, where you drive away in your cute vintage car with the wind blowing through your hair. And on this track you just know that you're worth it and that it'll all work out as the credits roll.
