It takes a very talented act double as a rapper and pr producer and rapper. Some acts, like El-P, Kanye West, and Q-Tip can do it without missing a beat, but most people who attempt both art forms end up veering to one side of the spectrum. But Audible Doctor is a different beast; with last year's The Summer Tape EP and a string of hits between then and now, it's safe to say that the Brown Bag AllStar member isn't leaving anytime soon. After teasing us with the Bumpy Knuckles supported joint "The Beast" some time ago, AD finally delivers the aptly titled, Can't Keep The People Waiting.
While the whole project is a solid listen from front to back, I've got to give a shout out to two of my favourites from the EP: the Astro and Hassaan Mackey (who is one of the most criminally slept on rhymers of our time) assisted "Chocolate Covered Liar" for it's blend of fantastic bars and production and "Leave Me Alone/Complications" with Guilty Simpson for the chilling beat switch up during the last third of the track. All and all, Audible never disappoints and this is another great project in his repertoire. Peep the stream down below and make sure you cop the EP on iTunes.
