Master Shortie isn't exactly a household name in the hip hop world quite yet, but after hearing this track, it's not hard to see that this kid has got quite the future ahead for him. Working with Bluey Robinson, who's also got some killer vocals on him, the track is smooth and perfect for the late-night vibe.

"Afrocentric Chicken" is part Mayer Hawthorne, part Chance the Rapper, and the combination sets off a perfect whirlwind of lust, while still maintaining something very youthful… sort of like puppy love, but in an unique hip hop way. With influences of hip hop meshing with some late night funk, it's utterly unstoppable. This track may have one of the weirdest names in the game, but one thing is clear, it's going to be on repeat at the office this week.

Check out the premiere below, and snag the Theodore EP on November 18th.
