Tourist and Will Heard "Can't Keep Up" with club-ready Paul Damixie remix [Download]

Paul Damixie, a member of Romanian pop group Radio Killer, has added thumping bass and radiant synth lines to Tourist's "I Can't Keep Up," transforming the song from slow burner to a genuine club banger. Tourist attempted to make a more dance-friendly version of the song with his Dub Remix earlier this year, and while that mix was a sonic treat for listeners (and almost an entirely different song), it still wasn't quite accessible for the dance floor. Paul Damixie's resolves that with his remix.

The change in vibe is immediate, as drum and bass guide Will Heard's first voice into the chorus. Flirtatious and fast synth lines become a part of the equation, quickly followed by a club clap. Those elements drive the song to Tourist's inevitable climax, where Damixie goes full blow out with house sound. Like Tourist, he winds the track down with deep bass and lingering synths, setting up whoever is DJing to keep the party going with another banger.
