Give RAC a “Ghost of a Chance” with this new mix

Nothing can brighten my week more than learning that a new RAC remix has been released. Over the past few years RAC, formerly the Remix Artist Collective but now André Allen Anjos’s solo project, has been changing the way the dance community views remixes by moving the primary focus away from danceability and instead focusing on interesting and original arrangements, and with over 200 remixes to date, he is doing something right. Now, RAC is back with a fresh take on Young & Sick’s “Ghost Of A Chance.”

With his newest remix, RAC replaces the meandering synths of the original with a more choral approach and a slap bass. The result, is the perfect backdrop to overlay the silky smooth vocals of lead singer Nick Van Hofwegen, creating a funky and understated groove sure to brighten your day.

“Ghost Of A Chance (RAC Mix)” will be featured on Young & Sick’s Ghost Fetish remix EP, out November 4th on Harvest Records.
