Talk about a classic hit from the early 2000's. If you were anything like me and into R&B around 2003 than you are more than familiar with Mario Winans' classic hit "I Don't Wanna Know", featuring none other than rap superstar P. Diddy. Now if you're ready to hop back in time for some soulful R&B jams, you can come along with Norway's young talent Jerry Folk.
Trading in R&B vibes for more dance accustomed melodies and extra funky undertones, JF makes this one a proper jam to kick off your week. Taking it out of bedroom territory and onto the dancefloor, the Norwegian does a nice job of paying homage to the original while still creating his own personal take on it. On another note, this was Winans' only major commercial success, so he might be thanking Mr. Folk for resurrecting the classic joint. Enjoy the free download!
