Sway Clarke II has been continuously impressing me lately with his cool demeanor and amazing vocals. It's Frank Ocean meets happy pop, a mix between the alternative R&B styles of the 2010's meeting the special oomph that Clarke carries in himself.
Today we've got another version of the track that sees Clarke becoming a bit more tropical. It's definitely not the way I would have predicted a Sway Clarke II remix to go, but it surprisingly seems to work here. Done by Mad Decent's Jr.Blender, the track is fruitful and still carries the emotional weight of the original track, while bringing in a whole new dimension to it. Overall, the remix is bright and sunny, the same disposition as the original, but with a new energy that mellows and relaxes.
