Our Underground Firm has just released their first public track, and it’s one to note for any hip-hop enthusiast. This track is formative and memorable, and certainly one that conveys their ability to tap into several different audible elements.
They have infused a unique personality into their track, beginning with a bold and authoritative tone. Taking a darker turn, they’ve opted for pitched vocals and dark ambient elements to create a very nocturnal-like environment. The constant switch-ups and steady rises make this a refreshing stand out from otherwise monotonous beats, which all too often ruins great ideas. It’s a frank balance of flowing vocals and a heavy, synth-laden beat, and manages to maintain smooth consistency. We’re anxious to hear more, as this is a fantastic debut!
