Releasing his debut EP last year, Jaymes Young quickly found himself in the spotlight. Soon thereafter the Seattle native was signed to Atlantic Records, touring with London Grammer and working on a his debut major label EP Habits of My Heart, due out this upcoming Tuesday. In keeping up with his clear momentum, Jaymes has been letting out previews of his new EP throughout 2014 and now he releases "What Should I Do".
Relying on Jaymes' soothing vocals for fuel on its melodic journey, "What Should I Do" travels along at an elevated pace. Climbing into dense melodic instrumentals before releasing into subtle breaks, "What Should I Do" finds Jaymes in the midst of one of his more up-beat songs. This is not to mention that if lyrics were taken out of the equation, "What Should I Do" may carry Jaymes' most positive vibe yet. In all, "What Should I Do" is a solid addition to the all-star setlist of songs that make up Jaymes' Habits of My Heart EP.
