Recently, a few releases have really caught my ear as throwbacks to another time and place in electronic music history. They possess those darker electro sounds you associate with classic rave anthems, breaking into jabbing synth that leave you wanting more. Sebjak, who stole our hearts with the late fall release, "Feel You", teams up with Spanish producer David Tort to deliver one such track. Appropriately titled "Raveline", the buzzworthy progressive house tune starts off with a deceivingly standard percussion intro. From there, however, the track turns into an original masterpiece, a blend of stomping big room and classic underground vibes.
